Terms of Service

Effective: February 2026

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all contracts for the use of ORCHIX between Georgios Sevastakis (Provider) and the Customer.

2. Services

ORCHIX is container management software with two license tiers:

• FREE: Free, maximum 3 containers
• PRO: €29/month, unlimited containers, Backup & Migration

3. Contract Formation

The contract is formed by:

• Download and installation (FREE)
• Payment via Stripe (PRO)

4. Payment Terms

• PRO license: €29/month via Stripe
• Automatic monthly billing
• Cancellation possible at any time

5. Usage Rights

Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use. Reverse engineering is prohibited.

6. Liability

Software provided "as is". Liability only for gross negligence or intent.

7. Termination

• FREE: Anytime by uninstallation
• PRO: Anytime via Stripe dashboard, effective end of month

8. Right of Withdrawal

14-day right of withdrawal according to §312g BGB. For digital products, right expires after download.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction is the Provider's registered office.
